• Oversee the daily operations of Beneunder retail stores to ensure efficiency and excellence.
• Develop and implement retail strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and support store teams, providing training and performance evaluations.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and logistics to maintain optimal supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
• Analyze sales reports and consumer trends to develop data-driven strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including headquarters and regional partners.
